Time Payment Contracts

Create time payment contracts for accounts with large balances. In creating a contract, you specify the down payment, the amount to be on contract, the monthly payment amount, and whether monthly interest should be charged on the remaining contract balance. The system handles all maintenance on the contracts automatically - no operator input required.

You may print Coupon Books that show the patient the amount and due date for each monthly payment, or you may have the system automatically bill the patient for his monthly payment. If a patient misses a payment, the system will include the unpaid balance on the next month's statement.
