Treatment Plan and Profit Finder

Maintains work that needs to be done for patients (including an indicator for the urgency of that work).

  • Pre-Authorization Claim Tracking reflects which procedures are outstanding for pre-authorization, which have been denied, and which have been accepted (including authorized payment amount).

  • Financial Treatment Plan Report includes all the information you need to discuss the financial aspects of the patient's treatment plan. This includes estimated patient responsibility, coverage remaining, deductible remaining, and deductible renewal date. You may also include financial arrangements that have been discussed and other notes for the patient's signature.

  • Clinical Treatment Plan Report can be used as a guide during your consultation and sent home with the patient as a reminder. This report concisely explains what each procedure entails and why it is important. To help maintain focus during the consultation, this report does not include financial information.

  • Profit Finder Report helps fill blanks in your schedule with work from your treatment plans. This report includes information to help you qualify and contact the best prospects, such as: urgency of work, date of diagnosis, insurance portion of balance, insurance deductible renewal date, pre-authorization tracking status, availability on short notice, preferred time and day, etc.

  • Click the Next Appointment Work Authorization button for a print-out of what the patient is to have done at the next appointment. The insurance estimation is shown for each procedure so the patient knows exactly what his financial responsibility will be. Ask the patient to sign or initial the form accepting his responsibility so he will know exactly what work is to be done and how much he will be expected to pay the day of service.
