Treatment Plan Report

The Treatment Plan Report lists the work patients need to have done and is often used as a guide during a consultation. It also includes the cost of each procedure. If you use the system's insurance estimating capability, this will show the portion expected to be paid by insurance and the portion due by the patient. This report is helpful when used by the office manager when discussing terms of payment for the planned treatment.

  1. When you select this option in the Transactions menu, you will be prompted with several questions to give you the exact report you need.

  3. Next you will select from the options a report by Treatment Plan Records, by plans Outstanding for Predetermination or by Accepted by Predetermination.

The Treatment Plan Report for an individual is found in the Treatment Plan of that person's ledger.
