When you re-start your Data Team program each morning, the system will give you a warning if there are things on your To Do List for that day.
If you do not turn off your computer each night, the To Do List will prompt you on the Patient Browse list if there are things to do that day.
When at the To Do List, you can click:
Insert to add a new item Enter to change an item Delete to delete an item to print the items to do for a given date or dates
When adding a To Do item, enter the date and time for which you want the reminder and what you need to do.
If you attempt to complete an item and find you need to do it again on another day, double-click it and change the date to when you need to be reminded again.
If you complete an item but want to keep it on file as a record that it was done, double-click it and change Done to Yes. If you complete an item and don't care to keep a record of it, right-click it and choose Delete.
If you want a printout of the To Do List, click the Print button and enter the dates you want included on the report (typically you would enter today's date as both the beginning and ending date).
If you want to purge old items off your To Do List, click purge and enter the dates you want removed.
