Print Batch Dental / Medical Claims
Print Batch Dental Claims locates all the unsubmitted dental procedures (ADA codes 0100-9999) and prints the appropriate dental claim forms. Print Batch Medical Claims locates all the unsubmitted medical procedures (CPT codes 10000-99999) and prints the appropriate HCFA 1500 claim forms.
TIP: The Unsubmitted Claims Report shows exactly which procedures will invoke a claim from Print Batch Claims.
When you select Print Batch Claims,
- You will be asked whether to send on paper or electronically.
- If you use laser insurance claims, the system asks how many copies of each claim you would like.
- If you send electronically, claims will be sent to the Claims Awaiting Submission file.
If you are required to print some special insurance forms (Medicaid, Dentical, etc.),remember to load your printer with the special forms.
