Once you have submitted your enrollment form, WebMD will provide you with a facility number within 3-5 days. When you have your facility number, you may install the Remote 5.04 software. You may either download the software from our web site, or request a copy on disk from Data Team. If you get the software from Data Team, installation instructions will be provided. Downloading and installation instructions are provided below.
Once you have the file downloaded or have received it from Data Team, please contact us for personal assistance over the phone, or follow the instructions below.
Insert the CD-ROM from Data Team and the installation should begin automatically. If you downloaded the file from www.datateamdds.com double-click the SETUPX.EXE icon to begin the installation.
You will see a screen like the one below. Choose Yes to begin!
You will then see the main setup screen (as shown below). Choose Yes to continue.
Depending upon your previous system installations, you may see the following screen:
If the screen says the "Previous Installation was found on your system in: C:\DDS\. Continue Setup here?", choose Yes. If the screen does not say C:\DDS\, choose No.
If a Previous Installation Screen does not appear, contact Data Team for additional instructions.
The next screen you will see is the Facility Number screen. Here is where you will enter the Facility Number assigned to you by WebMD (usually U0000XXX). If you have forgotten your Facility Number, please contact Data Team.
The final screen you will see looks like the one below. Click Finish to complete the installation!
Your WebMD Remote 5.04 software has now been successfully installed. You will need to verify that your Site Code is set to ECF in the Business Description.
