If you want to track production for multiple practitioners AND multiple other sources, set up your practitioner list as follows:
When a report prompts for the Doctor number:
01 Dr. Jones 02 Dr. Jones preferred plan 03 Dr. Jones yellow pages 11 Dr. Smith 12 Dr. Smith preferred plan 13 Dr. Smith yellow pages
NOTE: ? tells the system to include practitioner numbers with any number in this position.
To run the report for: Enter: Since: Dr. Smith 0? His numbers start with 0 Dr. Jones 1? His numbers start with 1 Preferred plans ?2 Its numbers end with 2 Yellow pages ?3 Its numbers end with 3 The entire practice ?? You want all numbers
