Business Description

  1. Use the mouse to click on the Settings Menu and select Business Description.

    The office information prints on the billing statements and insurance claims as it is displayed on this screen. You are given the option to have the doctor's name OR the business name print on insurance claims. If you have questions concerning any of the items on this screen, see Business Description.

    NOTE: If 'Licenses' in the 'Options Purchased' box is greater than 1, the doctors' names and ID numbers will reflect on insurance claims as they appear on the practitioner records.

  2. If you would like to change any of this information that is printed in white, click in the appropriate textbox to make the desired changes. Your changes are saved when you click Apply.

    NOTE: You do NOT have access to some lines on this screen (Company Name, State License, Tax ID, etc). If you need to change one of these lines, contact Data Team.
