Labels

Label Printers

These printers require between 1" and 1.125" paper widths to print correctly. The Seiko Smart Label Printer 100 is recommended.
Make sure the printer setting is set to Label Printer.

Laser, Desk Jet, and Ink Jet Printers

These printers require Avery 5160 type labels to line up correctly.
Make sure the printer setting is set to Full Sheet. You will asked "At what position would you like to begin printing labels?" By selecting the correct number, you will no longer waste full sheets of laser labels.

Continuous Feed and Dot Matrix Printers

These printers require Avery 4013 type labels to line up correctly.
Make sure the printer setting is set to Single Column.

The paper size has to be adjusted to correctly print labels using your continuous feed printer. To do this, exit out of your Data Team program. Click on Start, then Settings, then Printers.

Right-click on your continuous feed printer, then left-click on Properties.

Click on the tab that says Paper, then double-click on Custom.

You will then see the following screen:

Change the Width to 350 and the Length to 100.

Close the open windows by clicking OK. Close the printers window by clicking the X in the upper right-hand corner.

Return to your Data Team program and print!
