The recall interval is the ideal number of months between check-ups for the patient. When you add new patients, their recall interval will default to the amount you enter here.
The Status level is meaningless to the system. It is simply a means for you to classify your patients. You can enter up to 10 different status levels (3 have already been used by Data Team).
If you have a use for one or more of the Custom fields on the patient record, you can specify that use here. Whatever you enter here will display on the patient record in the specified position so future operators will know exactly what information is called for in these fields. Example: If you want to maintain a fax number for each patient, enter Fax# or Email as one of the Custom fields.
The first custom field allows entry up to 9 characters on the patient record. The remaining four allow entry up to 24 characters.
