Diagnosis Codes Menu

This section is relevant only if you have purchased the Medical Claims capability. It maintains the list of ICD-9 diagnosis codes you can use with your system.

Edit Diagnosis Codes

  1. When you select Edit Diagnosis Codes, select the desired code by Code or Description.
  2. If you want to change a specific code that is already on your system and you know the code, highlight it and select Change.
  3. If the code is not on the list, click the Insert button to add it. Right click to change the highlighted code by selecting Delete.

Report

When you select this option, the system prompts for the desired range of codes. Only codes within this range will be included on the report.
