• Word Processor with Mail Merge. Create form letters for first visits, referral "thank yous", delinquent balance notices, etc... Individual patient names and other information will appear in the letter where you specify to add a personal touch.

• Custom Reports. Create reports that include the information you want, organized in the manner you want it. Filter reports based upon any combination of demographical factors: patient first visit date, last visit date, last prophy date, next prophy date, birth date, insurance carrier, employer, balance, etc...
