- Always backup before installing any new software to your computer.

5.20 Updates:
- Addition of the NPI numbers
- New 2006 Dental Claim form

- The Ledger Display in the patient’s ledger now can show by patient or by family
- The patient’s account number now shows on the Information Form
- Longer fields show more digits in all financial reports
- In the scheduler, When a procedure has been marked as Performed, it changes color to indicate that it has been done
- The Insufficient Interval box now pops up if scheduling an insurance patient too early for a proph
- Symbols (like L for lab) now cut and paste when changing an appointment
- You can now use the week view to find a place for pasting an appointment after cutting
- In the Settings for weekly Dentist Time the records now have start and end dates to make them easier to use (with much less chance of overlap) for your practice
5.10 Updates:
5/3/2006
- We have been able to increase the space you have for writing notes. It appears to be the same, but as you continue to type the screen scrolls to allow more room.
- If you want to put a specific note on an appointment in the Scheduler, right click on the appointment then click on Change. There is a tab at the top for Notes. Notes printed here will turn the appointment font red.
- A notice flashes in the Scheduler when you attempt to schedule an appointment for a patient that has already been scheduled.
- In the Browse Patients window there is a new Patients Recently Accessed button. It will show the last 7 patients you have accessed.
- You now have space in the ledger on all payment codes to enter the Date of Service as with a Code 15.
- You now have the ability to track insurance payments by insurance company in Procedure Tracking. Therefore you will be able to know how much each insurance company has paid you.
- If a patient is marked as a No Show in the Scheduler and you have selected to do so in the Scheduler Settings, a NS line is put in the patient’s ledger.
- There is a Prescription plan in this update. You can enter frequently prescribed drugs in the Settings menu. Then select the drug for the patient and print out the prescription.
- The security level has been changed on three reports. If the security level of the program is set at 4 or lower, you will only be able to access Production Summary, Practice Management Statistics, and Year-To-Date if your personal security level is 5. If it is 4 or lower, you will not be able to view these reports.

4.60 Updates:

- From the Patient Insurance screen you can attach any Employer, any Insurance Company, and any Insurance Plan.
- Three different locations to write notes.
- New Patient Registration Sheet.
- Several fields expanded; Name, City, Phone Number and First Two Stat Codes.
- Middle initial space created.
- Changed how the next patient number is generated.
- Pressing F9 inside the ledger takes you to the patient’s notes instead of the clinical notes.
- Added a new field for the email address on the patient information screen.
- Added the tracking column (status) to the edit transactions screen.
- The address, city, and state in patient information are all forced to caps.
- When you click on performed in the scheduler it loads the practitioner for the transaction with the preferred doctor found in the patient’s information screen.
- Moved the predetermination number over a few spaces to the left.
- Made the zip code field larger on the patient information screen.
- Changed the Dentical claim form to include the provider # immediately to the right of the fee on claims.
- Phone numbers in the patient information screen now automatically add hyphens and parentheses.
- Now have the ability to choose the provider in the bulk insurance disposal screen.
- Added PreMed to the Routing slips.
- Extra room added to Patient Notes.
- Added the ability to have dashes in the group field in the employer record.
- For offices that do not turn computers off each night made the To Do list alert when opening the Patient Browse.
- Changed the Treatment Plan report to show all patients with treatment plans. The new report lets you enter a date range (diagnosis or target), select whether to filter by accepted, outstanding, or all transactions, select whether to filter by practitioner, and whether to filter by group.
- In the Scheduler changed “Confirmed” to LM (Left Message) and “Confirmed Twice” to X (Confirmed).
- Added additional Insurance Plan boxes (page 2 of Insurance Plan). If there is a percentage in the field, it will now override the category the line is pulling from when creating an estimate.
- Added the ability to mark multiple transactions in the ledger in order to make multiple changes. Right click and select 'Mark/Unmark' or 'Control M'. Once marked the markings will work with 6 functions: deleting, marking 'U' to primary, marking 'O' to primary, marking 'U' to secondary, marking 'O' to secondary, and marking disposed.
